Blue Raspberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

½ cup blueberries

½ cup Greek yogurt

2-4 teaspoons sugar, honey, or sugar substitute (the yogurt makes these popsicles a bit tart, so taste and add sweetener as needed)

2 stick packs of Blue Raspberry Lemonade Hydration

1 tablespoon Essential elements® Collagen Peptides

3-4 tablespoons water

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding only as much water as needed for the ingredients to blend easily. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. 

Makes about 4 popsicles.
